At The Trash Boys LLC, we believe that every young man deserves a chance to turn their lives around and a clear path forward. Our groundbreaking initiative, TTT – Turning Trash into Triumph: From Destruction to Service Boys Program, is designed to transform the lives of teen boys ages 13 to 19 by redirecting them from harmful environments to purposeful community-driven service.

This powerful program identifies youth who may be struggling with direction, discipline, or opportunities and offers them a structured, supportive, and uplifting alternative. Participants engage in community service, mentorship and gain access to vital resources through our collaborative partners, develop a strong sense of morality, responsibility, and self-worth.

Through hands-on fieldwork & fun activities such as trash pickup, recycling education, senior support services like free lawn care, community events, field trips and more – teens learn the value of hard work, teamwork, and giving back. Each phase of the program is crafted to instill pride, purpose, and professionalism, preparing participants not only to be better citizens, but also to become eligible for real employment opportunities with The Trash Boys LLC upon successful completion.
