Full refunds are only provided when services can not be rendered due to a fault of our own. Prorated refunds are provided to Trash2Curb & Trash2bin customers who move or cancel their service. We will work diligently to provide you with any service you paid for until complete. A partial refund, determined by the company’s overseer, can be provided for partial work or use a partial of your payment towards time and travel of servicer. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ANY OTHER REASON. If you refuse to have services completed you willingly forfeit the money you spent. We are proud to have only positive experiences with our customers.

We do not share any of your information to any third parties. All customer information is confidential unless otherwise given permission.

All teens under 18 years old employed or contracted with us are required to have a work permit signed by school, physician, and guardian.

All employees or contractors must be legally able to work in the United States.

We have the right to discontinue or refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason related to violent behavior or speech, disrespect, unnecessary complications or difficulties with persons or jobs, loose pets, dishonesty, sponsorship abuse, and unsafe environments.
