The Trash Boys started with two young brothers, Andre and Drevian, who simply wanted to make a difference by picking up trash in their community. What began with cleaning streets, helping neighbors, and serving others grew into a family built business with a much bigger purpose: creating cleaner communities while opening doors for other young people along the way.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, The Trash Boys and its affiliated companies provide grounds management and property services including litter pickup and maintenance contracts, event cleanup, junk and illegal dumping removal, property cleanouts, landscaping, and more. We serve local residents, property owners, Airbnb hosts, HOAs, commercial properties, organizations, and community partners.

Community is at the heart of everything we do. Through our youth program, we introduce local teens to basic job skills, teamwork, responsibility, leadership, work ethic, and community pride. As opportunities become available, we hire local teens and young adults, giving them the chance to gain real work experience, earn income, and become part of something positive in their community.

Our journey has been recognized throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond. The Trash Boys have been featured by local news stations and honored by the City of Cleveland, surrounding cities, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Congresswoman Shontel Brown and the U.S. House of Representatives, along with many other organizations and community leaders. In 2024, we earned both 1st and 2nd place in the Cleveland LEADS pitch competition, an opportunity that helped provide the support and resources needed to kickstart our businesses.

Valet trash and trash bin washing were also an important part of our early story. While we no longer offer those services, they helped us grow, learn, and build the foundation for what The Trash Boys has become today.
